Mollie and Prince Harry?

Seems @MollieTheSats has fallen for Royality … or at least the Daily Mail (and others) are implying ..

She was left heartbroken when she split from Dolce & Gabbana model David Gandy two months ago.

But it seems Mollie King has wasted no time finding herself a new man – in the form of Prince Harry.

The prince is said to be ‘completely smitten’ with pretty blonde Saturdays singer Mollie, who he has been friends with for the past two years.

The pair have apparently been spotted flirting and partying in various London nightclubs over the past few weeks.

But, according to friends of the couple, the pair have been attempting to keep their blossoming romance under wraps.

A source told the Daily Express: ‘It’s very early days for them but they’re head over heels.’

The news of Harry and Mollie’s romance comes after they were spotted at London’s Bunga Bunga club last week, enjoying a karaoke session with friends until 3am before heading home separately.

The pair first met back in July 2010, at the Asprey World Class Cup at Surrey’s Hurtwood Polo Club, when Mollie cheered on Harry on the polo field from the stands, before later being introduced to the royal.

In February, Mollie, who bears more than a passing resemblance to Harry’s ex Chelsy Davy, and Gandy ended their relationship with the male model saying it just ‘wasn’t the right time’ for them.

He said at the time: ‘I have been over in the States three times this month and a relationship can’t take that.

‘Mollie is an incredibly beautiful, lovely girl and so grounded. But it just didn’t work out.’

Meanwhile, Prince Harry gave an interview on U.S. television last month in which he bemoaned how difficult it was for him to find love.

Asked if being royal lived up to its image, Harry replied: ‘No, not at all, ha ha – as any girl would ever tell you. It’s sort of, “Oh my God, he’s a prince.” But no. The job that it entails – I mean look at me, I’m 27 years old.’

On his chances of marriage, he added: ‘I’m not so much searching for someone to fulfill the role, but obviously, you know, finding someone that would be willing to take it on.’

Harry’s only long-term relationship was with Chelsy Davy, 26, and finished in 2009.

MailOnline is awaiting comment from Mollie’s spokesperson on the reported relationship. A spokesperson for Prince Harry said they would not comment on speculation surrounding his private life.

Happy Birthday to Us!

@TheSaturdays Another year has gone by, it’s yet again 7th April which means two things. It’s my sisters birthday and it’s also OUR birthday 🙂

Amazingly this website is 4 years old today, we officially launched on 7th April 2008. To put this into a bit of perspective:

14th May 2008: Official site launches (or near to that date anyway!)
27th July 2008: If This Is Love released

For those who have recently joined us, we launched in 2008 after we heard about The Saturdays – even way before the site launched – thanks to our wonderful S Club 8 community. The site was pulled together via the forum community and we launched and well the rest is history. Obviously we wouldn’t be here without YOU – the visitor – who keeps coming back to see what we have to offer and what we have to post. You can always drop us a message via Twitter and Facebook and some other social media places, check out the icons at the top of the page and if you are a member join us – we don’t bite 🙂

We also thank the girls of The Saturdays. Mollie has recently followed the site on twitter, we thank them all personally, plus the girls management and their team at Universal/Polydor music. All these members, including the girls, have been ultra supportive of the site throughout the years and we long hope this continues for the lifespan of the site – and the girls of course. 😀

Without the support of the visitors and the girls and the team that surrounds them we wouldn’t be here 4 years on. We thank each and every one of your individually, and hopefully we and the girls will still be here for years to come!

 – The Saturdays Fansite Team

I also personally want to thank EVERYONE who has helped this site over the last few years. There are too many to mention but you know who you are, be it the current team or those who helped the site when it first started. Without any of you we wouldn’t be here today. So huge thanks to every single one of you!

UPDATE:
Last year we had a tweet from @TheSaturdays it seems this year they’ve put us in the mailer! If you get the weekly e-mail look out for us there!! Thanks @TheSaturdays and their team this is AMAZING 😀

30 Days and waiting …

As we all sit and wait .. and wait a bit more .. for any news about ’30 Days’ … I’m sure an announcement will be made soon, although Mollie did say on The Million Pound Drop that the release date is ‘May’ so we might still be 10 days or so off a premiere … either way lets hope we don’t have too long to wait!

Either way, as we wait, why not think of something to add to a Mollie birthday book! A couple of good friends – Rosie & Claire – to the site are working on a Mollie Birthday Book – with a twist, I’ve re-posted the original twit-longer post below. Make sure you read, and submit what you want to submit, if you have any questions drop them a message via their twitter account @mkbdaymemories

We’re very excited and hope you’ll join us on marking Mollie’s quarter of a century in style. As we all know Miss Disney celebrates the big 25 on June the 4th. Instead of the usual write a message etc we thought we’d do something a bit different. We all have our favourite memories of Mollie whether it be back in the day when she was in Fallen Angelz or more recently performing at Wembley. So that’s what we want you to do come up with your favourite mollie memory from her career and include pictures/poems letters whatever you like to describe it. If you want to do the conventional method of sending her a happy birthday message we’ll also be making her a card so you can do that instead/as well as. We think Miss King deserves the very best, she inspires us all and always has a smile on her face.

The categories for Mollie’s birthday book are:
Baby Mollie
Fallen Angelz Mollie
Chasing Lights Era
Wordshaker Era
Headlines Era
On Your Radar Era
Then a section for anything Mollie and the girls will be doing in the near future.

We can’t wait to see all of your efforts, be as creative as you like go mad, be as different as you can. Mollie’s birthday is on 4th June so closing date will be the weekend commencing the 1st of June but get your things in ASAP please so we have time to jazz them up. The e-mail address is[email protected]

Mollie: “Man up JLS”

Seems @MollieTheSats is telling JLS to toughen up!

Speaking to CapitalFM Rochelle and Mollie tell the guys of JLS that they should toughen up after they recently complained about their tour injuries:

The ‘All Fired Up’ stars spoke to Capital FM backstage at the BAFTA Video Games Awards and confessed their thoughts on the ‘Take A Chance On Me’ singers’ comments.

Singer Rochelle, who is engaged to JLSstar Marvin, said: “Can I just say, the amount of injuries us girls had on our tour – and did we tell everyone about it? No. You know what it’s like – man flu and men. We’ll let them get on with their bruises.”

Singer Mollie King then quipped: “Man up JLS.”

The boy band are currently touring across the country on their latest outing which rolls into the Cardiff Motorpoint Arena this evening (20th March).

Meanwhile, the girl group are readying their new single (30 Days) which they told Capital is “very pop” and they can’t wait for their fans to hear it.

You can listen to The Saturdays speaking to Capital FM’s showbiz reporter at the CapitalFM Website (16 secs)
