The girls appeared at the The Royal British Legion’s 2010 Poppy Appeal (Quite a mouth full!) yesterday.

The girls appeared on Lorraine – sort of a magazine show attached to the new ITV breakfast show Daybreak – and they talked about their help with the 2010 Poppy Appeal as well as performing their hot new single, Higher, which is out on iTunes THIS SUNDAY as well as in the stores on Monday 🙂
