She’s one fifth of one of the country’s most famous girlbands and spends the majority of her time touring the country and performing for fans.
And while it’s no surprise she is fit and healthy, thanks to The Saturdays’ energetic dance routines, Frankie Sandford unveiled her amazingly taut stomach in the group’s new video Missing You.
Wearing a cropped white top and white shorts, Frankie walks casually through a field in the video, seemingly unaware of the attention her astonishing six pack is receiving.

SATURDAYS singer Frankie Sandford is desperate to unleash her inner rock chick to try stage diving and climbing the light rigging at gigs – but admits she’d have to swap her miniskirt for jeans.

The Razz can reveal Frankie and her bandmates Mollie King, Vanessa White, Rochelle Wiseman and Una Healy will play at In: Demand Live alongside the likes of JLS, Diana Vickers and Alexandra Burke in Glasgow next month.

The Razz caught up with the girls when they performed at Hamilton Park Racecourse last night for a special Cash for Kids event.

And Frankie admitted that, while they are known for their pop hits such as Ego and Up, she has a secret passion for the darker side of music.

Frankie lives on burgers and pasta?!
Frankie Sandford from The Saturdays doesn’t have one single ounce of fat on her, despite the fact she apparently spends her time scoffing down massive burgers. The svelte star is clearly the owner of a very active metabolism if these comments are anything to go by. “When I’m on the road, I always have a massive burger because it’s the only thing that sorts me out,” she says. “I wouldn’t say I eat tons but I never watch what I eat. We [her and McFly boyfriend Dougie] never do a food shop so there’s no food in the fridge! We often end up going out to places or eating Indian, Chinese or pasta.” Oh to be young and actually able to burn off calories again. Sigh…

Something to get off your chest, Frankie Sandford? Saturdays singer fails to hide spots with concealer

She may have been voted the fourth sexiest woman in the world, but even Frankie Sandford is allowed an off day.

The Saturdays singer was pictured out in London last night, vainly attempting to cover a rash of chest spots with concealer.
But under the unforgiving glare of the the assembled flashbulbs, it became blindingly obvious where the 21-year-old had dabbed make-up over her pimples.

In fact the colour of it didn’t even appear to match her skin tone properly, making for a rather unflattering pattern across her décolletage.
The girl group star was spotted out last night at the May Fair hotel where she was joined by bandmate Mollie King.
