HI everyone! Welcome to the first fansite of your favourite girlband, The Saturdays! I'm Issy, I'm 19 years old, born on April 28, and I'm from Holland. I've been a fan for quite a while now. My favourite song is Ego, and my favourite saturday is Vanessa. But ofcourse I also like the other girls! I post news and update our gallery on tuesday and friday. I don't work on the video's, cause I simply don't know anything about that. I absolutely love working on this website along with my dear friends Matt and Marit. Thanks for visiting our website and make sure you keep visiting us! Spread the word! TEAM SATS!

The Saturdays Perform “Missing You” on T4

UK pop group The Saturdays were one of the performers at this year’s T4 On The Beach event in Weston-super-Mare, England. The girls took advantage of this opportunity to give the very first performance of their brand new single entitled “Missing You”. Worried fans in the crowd were missing member Mollie in The Saturday’s line-up on Sunday’s show. The group’s one-fifth missed the performance due to an illness. Boo! Hope she gets well soon. Talking about the performance, I was dissapointed. It left me unimpressed. Performance just lacked energy. And I have doubts if this was fully lip-synched (pre-recorded live vocals) or not. In any case, I’m still loving “Missing You”. The presumably Steve Mac-produced electro-pop ballad will be released digitally and in its physical edition on August 8, followed by the EP “Headlines” a week later.

pictures – Censored Una

After discussing this with Matt, and thinking it over and over again, i desided to post it anyway.

A few pictures of Ben and Una in Ibiza appeared on the internet, and this time (in my oppinion not one of the smartest move Una ever made) Una is topless. It looks like she’s having no problems to showing her topless body to the paparazzi at all, but I censored it anyway (sorry boys!)

Click HERE to see the censored pictures, but I wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t.

Saturdays singer pulls out of T4 On The Beach

Everyone is looking forward to T4 On The Beach which each year is a huge hit, but this year fans will be disappointed after Saturdays singer Mollie King has had to pull out due to injury

Mollie was rushed to hospital this week suffering from cellulitis after being bitten by a horse fly. It may sound like nothing but in reality the disease causes inflammation of the skin and has left the Saturdays singer using crutches.

Band mate Rochelle Wisemen tweeted: “Everyone please send Mollie some love, I really hope she gets well soon!! T4onthebeach isn’t gonna be right without her.

The band did not want to let down their fans and have decided to still go ahead with their performance on T4 On The Beach.

Big Issue Seller Refuses To Sell Magazine To Frankie Saturdays

Now we know there are a lot of serious things going on in the world. Oil still scars the Mexican coast, Britain is facing massive job cuts in the economic cutbacks and Mel Gibson is on the loose but today PopDash must bring you some truly terrible news.

Yes, Frankie from The Saturday’s has been scammed by a man selling The Big Issue. I know, contain your rage…

The crime took place last night when Frankie was leaving a restaurant and was tried to buy the last copy of The Big Issue from the man selling it in the street.

Spotting his famous customer, the man asked her how much she would pay for it and she promptly handed over £5. The magazine normally costs £1.70.

The man then refused to give her the mag, saying that he could re-sell it and make more money.

Thus Frankie left £5 down and with nothing to read on her journey home.

Everyone here at PopDash is thinking of Frankie. Be brave young one, you will get through this and be a better person for the experience.

The Saturdays’ Mollie prepares for Weybridge

HAVING just performed for the first time at the Isle of Wight Festival, The Saturdays cannot wait for their next open-air performance at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, Mollie King tells Becky Younger.

“We’re really excited. We’re playing a few dates this summer but this one is the closest to home for me so I’ve got family coming,” said the 23-year-old, who grew up in Surbiton and therefore knows Surrey pretty well.

“The band comes from all over really so it’s nice to go and perform at local venues, especially if they are close to home so we can have our families there,” she added. “It’s also great for the locals to see how far we have come.”

Mollie and band mates Frankie Sandford, Vanessa White, Rochelle Wiseman and Una Healy have been together less than three years but have already totted up a number of top 10 singles, two albums and have toured with some of the biggest bands in the UK, including Girls Aloud and Take That.
